Great food great staff well set up
Never have any issues dealing with Greggs.Even the one time they delivered the incorrect order they dealt with it quickly and efficiently.Food is good value for money too.
Customer service is poor, goes in for hot sausage rolls told it will be 17 mins. Waited for over 20 mins to find they sold the ones I have paid for and would have to wait for more. Then they have the cheek to say we have cold ones over there.
If I wanted cold ones I would have got them over 30 mins ago.
End up with a refund poor service all round.
Always use Gregg's since they supported the World Transplant Games in Newcastle, plus the food is well priced and there is plenty of choice
Brilliant inexpensive. I wish you could get bacon rolls all day
