Paid 126£ for 1 week parking and when picked car and tried exit had outstanding amount of 456£ to be paid. Called for assistance and resolved but still very u professional. However good parking location if you like quickly get sorted arriving to the terminal and picking your car later but prices are sky high.
Very expensive
Stolen left side door mirror (just the glass). Complained with Empark and they only referred to their T&Cs. According to Empark "our CCTV system is a sequential system that covers various cameras on site, the incident involving the car has not been recorded". Scary place, if they can't control people stealing from the cars I wonder how safe the place is at all! Will avoid Stansted altogether as much as possible.
CAR Damaged !!! No accountability
Unprofessional and Scary. Felt uncomfortable leaving my car and as i was to later discover 'rightly so'.Side wing mirror has marks unaccounted for, mud alover the tyres etc. Did try to complain but was told 'it was my own risk'
I have parked in stansted before, and used another company whos name i have unfortunallty forgotten.
