Excellent service, good quality goods, all the popular brands. They rang me the evening before the delivery date to tell me if it would be morning or afternoon, this I thought was most helpful because I could plan my day better. They then texted me when they were on their way. The delivery men were most helpful and they remembered to wear masks which was appreciated. Will definitely be using them again. Highly recommended.

It’s always good to shop locally, and you certainly can’t better First Choice Domestics in Rhyl. Knowledgeable staff, excellent fitting service, well known and reliable brands. Very happy with the service we’ve had, especially in regard to keeping within the current restrictions.

What a brilliant customer service. Looking for a new under counter fridge. From walking in the shop to the guys delivering, fitting and taking away my old appliance. Fantastic very friendly and extremely helpful. Thank you for your service. We shall definitely recommend and use your service again

Very difficult to write as Mike the proprietor is an immensely likeable guy and clearly knows his stuff. During a visit to the showroom, I chose an outset fire with balanced flue and matching surround for the house. Mike made arrangements for a gas fitter to see the installation and after a day or two this happened and all measurements were duly taken. Since then I ve made two phone calls to chase, both answered with promises for immediate call backs - nothing received. We re now over two months since first visit and I ve given up. Real shame, I liked them and thought I was doing the right thing by staying local.
