The service received was awful. No returned phone calls and waited 5 weeks too long for the fitting of log burner. The only positive was Luke who did all he could to get the problems sorted and he did a good job fitting it.

We have used Blake’s to sweep our chimney for the last 4 years. They have always been efficient, value for money and offer great advice. In January 2020, Dave arrived on time as discussed, covered the carpet and furniture and completed the work quickly and efficiently. I mentioned about a wood burner and Dave great great advice and had brochures to hand that he left with me. Highly recommend Blake’s to anyone requiring a chimney sweep or general advice about their chimney or wood burner.

We decided to use Blake's for the supply and fit of our wood burner because we prefer to use local and they have a great display of wood burners in their showroom. After a little hiccup at the start of the work, which was down to a miscommunication, the job was finished in 2.5 days. We are over the moon with our wood burner; Blake's ensured it sat nicely balanced within the recess of the chimney breast. Am really looking forward to using it... Thanks again Blake's
