I know that New Life are a good business and I fully understand how difficult it can be working for the public. What people take for granted is that New Life work for free to a certain extent. For instance, if you do not own a property why should one waste his time quoting as the deal may not go through. I had a extension done and I'm happy, so happy that I won't even bother getting any other quotes for my mum's extension illl just get 1 price from New Life. The team are great and people must remember that no one's perfect but these guys are good stuff. Yours sincerely a man who has a construction business in London so I'd know.

These guys transformed my garage into my work area, 100% spot on, plastered and units put it, the whole lot. They also done my house, redone the render and painted, gutters, new soffets and boards, now looks great. Can recommend these guys enough. Thank you NewLife!

I'm would give Newlife Building & Roofing no stars at all, but I can't post without click a star. Two weeks ago I agreed for them to go and look at a house I am buying to give me a quote on work that needs doing. This was to check the timber up near the roof on the right side of the house, the front window and cracks on front of house. A date was agreed for 26/07/18, I phoned and check on the day that someone will be going to the house to do the quote. All was booked and fine. I got a call this morning 31/08/18 from a guy asking what it is he is meant to be doing. I was confused why he was at the house today. He explained he was only given the paperwork today to do the quote. I phone Newlife building & Roofing to ask why it was being done today and why is wasn't done Thursday, I was told they don't know. Also the there was confusion on what the quote was for. The man I was speaking to was very insensitive and uncaring to my situation. I was not happy waiting two weeks to then be told firstly he doesnt know why it wasn't done on 26/07/18, then he said, a guy went out on thursday but didn't have a ladder that's why he was there today 31/07/18. The timber specialist guy was only given the paperwork today 31/07/18 which meant he wasn't there thursday. Once again when I pointed this out the guy from Newlife stared to get inpatient and asking me if I was to arrange another date. I ask if I could speak to a manger and he started laughing say he was the manger. I ask for the head office number and he laughed again telling me I have already phoned the head office who put me though to him, all the time he thought it was funny. I then asked for a name of a director, he gave me the name Roy, and told me Roy is out playing golf. By now I felt humiliated with not only him laughing but others in the background. I was not rude, I did not swear, I am partly deaf in one hear and some time speak a little loud but not in an angry why. I am disgusted at the service i got from this company. I am now left to find another company and wasted two weeks. If this is the way staff at Newlife Building and Roofing treat their customers, anyone who is thinking of using this company DON'T.

Fantastic company, from start to finish every aspect of my project was handled and managed extremely professionally. Couldn’t rate any higher and would highly recommend 🙂
