So my letting agents use this guy, to come do my roof. I was contacted and then I called the guy back, left a message, heard nothing called and left message again and again heard nothing. I then finally got hold of him on the phone, tried to arrange something, he said he would call me back, but he didn’t. I then try to contact the guy several times thereafter, since august and again heard nothing. My letting agent then got hold of him after me complaining he wasn’t returning my calls and my roof needed fixing ASAP, he then lied to my agents telling them he had been in regular contact with me and that I was the one being difficult in arranging a day to come round. You can understand my anger over this. I told the agents the truth and at this point I had given up in contact him. To which my agent have now struggles to get hold of the roofer also!!! Which then proved I was right, that I wasn’t the one lying about lack of contact. Absolutely shocking treatment. I can understand if you are busy but at least return peoples calls and don’t lie about it. I’m Using someone else and already in the space of 3 weeks they have been in touch several times and I’ve not had to chase them up once .

Replaced all of our Guttering, Fascias & Soffits for an excellent price. Looks great now would thoroughly recommend
