The staff are always very polite and serving with a smile! Makes the best hot chocolate in town x
The staff here are great and are personable. Actively encouraged to participate in the "eat in to help out". Starbucks is my choice for coffees whilst in Llandudno. Very quick to make my drinks. All good.
Few of us came for a drink some coffee. Person who have been serving us was very rude to us. Her behaviour was horrible. Her name is Jody. She shouted at us in front of everyone . We were demanded to wait in the pavement as social distance, we understand social distancing rules,
but there were too many tourists walking by, we did not want to cause troubles for others, we were expecting a nice tell from staff, not patronising attitude towards their customers, We felt humiliated. We do believe Starbuck would do better .

I love going there for my gorgeous chai lattes. The staff are lovely too.
I used this Starbucks whilst on holiday and found the staff friendly and helpful, I had a cappuccino which was enjoyable will be going back again when on holiday in the area.
