Enterprise Rent-A-Car - Cheltenham Central

Dealt with Enterprise Cheltenham as they supplied my hire car while mine was being repaired. From start to finish, they have been fantastic. The car they gave me was excellent and I wish i could keep it. Offered them a swap but, alas, no deal. What impresses me most of all is the extremely efficient and professional staff. I have dealt with four different people over the phone and face to face and they have all been brilliant. I have been kept up to date every step of the way and I would highly recommend. I'd be happy to use them again. Great work Enterprise.

*****update below***** I turned up 20 mins early to do paperwork for can rental and was told I was late. Tried to make me agree to have back by 9am the next day even though booked 10 till 10. Didn't ask to see my driver's license or bank card for id. Very heavy handed approach to the insurance. Basically tried to scare me into taking it by trying to give an example of some small damage to van already costing a previous renter 4 lots of £1150 as each tiny scratch or dent was individual damage. I then said just wanted the van and would be alright. The guy talking through everything lost interest in talking and said make sure you fill up diesel to same level before returning or I get charged loads. He then asked me to sign a form of which I just signed a circle 4 times and he said just pay by putting card in here. Was very shocked at service as other enterprise places I've been have been excellent. What's check id and make you feel comfortable not uncomfortable. Then to top it off i was told the manager wouldn't let me keep my car there whilst I took the van and if I wanted to pay a cash fee then I could. Absolutely ridiculous. The only thing I enjoyed about this whole experience was the lady that took the van back. She was very polite and excellent. I wouldn't recommend this rental dealership to anyone though. *******Update******* After discussing with the manager of the store I received an apology for what happened. Additional training has been promised and I feel very happy with how I was dealt with. Many thanks to him. 5 stars for him and the lady who helped me take my vehicle back so I have updated my score to 3 stars now.

Charging for a flat tyre and an admin fee on top is absolutely disgusting avoid at all costs.

Serves was good with no real problems. Only issue was they gave us the car with very little petrol. So we put petrol in but more than we needed to. This also made us slightly late for our meeting because we did not take that extra time in to account. If they gave us a full tank we could have just filled the car up. I fell like they got the better deal and did it on purpose.
