The quality of management within this store desperately needs addressing. As a loyal white company customer for more years than I can remember, I witnessed severe bullying between one particular female manager and another member of staff, who was standing on the shop floor visibly upset as a result. It really ruined my shopping experience and I felt absolutely terrible for the member of staff on the receiving end of such abuse. This kind of behaviour is a real embarrassment to the company and shouldn’t be tolerated under any circumstances. It unfortunately reminded me of a similar altercation I witnessed in the Sloane Square, London flagship store several years ago. I had hoped the first was an isolated incident, but it sadly doesn’t seem to be the case.

ordered online a christmas garland on 23/11/19. 4 separate days i had notice that it was to be delivered and each time i then got a message to say it was delayed. contacted WC and they said it was due to be delivered today...SAME THING HAPPENED AGAIN FOR THE 5TH TIME. !!!!! Phoned WC again, got through to someone after waiting half an hour , i started to tell them what had happened only to find the person was having a conversation with someone else!!! Then they put me on hold, again waited another half hour!! Not atall happy with this service and i still have not received my delivery having spent £67.50. Dont shop at white company. Appalling.

I love this shop there is always something that I at least want to try on if not always a buyer!!! Well presented stock friendly staff a lovely experience
