Just wanted to say that I was so impressed with the service by one of your partners today. She didn't give her name but she had a short bob of brown hair, was about early twenties, and had a long, swishy black skirt. I received the product (Edinburgh Gin box of A Tale of Two Flavours) for my birthday but only opened it recently. I then found that one of the two glasses within the box was cracked around the middle. Upon taking the product to the store, I asked for some help around replacing the broken glass. The partner mentioned was so helpful - she explained that John Lewis would replace the full product, rather than just one of the items. The full product was out of stock in store, but she was very sympathetic and knowledgeable, ensuring that the best possible outcome was achieved despite that. She looked at possible other stores where we could "shop and send" the item and located Oxford as a possible store option to have the product shipped from. She then discussed this with the customer service desk, while we were receiving a full refund at an empty till she took us to (most other tills had long queues), then came back and informed us that products with alcohol couldn't be sent out due to ID issues. So, she then signed me up for mailing alerts for whenever the product comes back into stock. I felt so comfortable with this partner and she went above and beyond to ensure we had a resolution. She knew that the product was a present and was therefore special - this showed. I can't wait to come back in the not too distant future - this bad experience of a cracked glass has been turned into something really positive :)

Expensive.......but good.

Another lovely store but very few assistants. You can wait for ages to find someone to get information on a product. Not their usual standard 🙄 They should look sharp as more and more people are buying online.

Excellent service. Even though they are closed due to lock down their customer service relating to a large purchase has been faultless. Well done.

Customer service is top notch. Staff were very friendly, well spoken, and answered any question I had. Overall, I'm glad to have chosen here to spend my money!
