I ought to have left my review over a year ago, when Jules did my hair and makeup for my wedding day. I apologize if anyone else had a similar experience. Jules is a very talented make up artist. I was very pleased with both my hair and makeup. Jules arrived over an hour late on my wedding day, and was rude and abrupt to my best friend. I was extremely stressed knowing how far behind schedule I was as a result of her late arrival, nearly missing my own wedding. I had missed the chance to spend any relaxing time with my family before walking down the aisle, and had to rearrange the timing of the photographs. There was no apology, but I don't believe Jules realised she was late, she had changed the time verbally after she recorded it incorrectly in her book at the rehearsal.
