We had Karndean flooring installed in our kitchen / dining room and utility room. Good range to choose from in the showroom; good advice provided; realistic pries; timely service and excellent workmanship. A very good customer experience from start to finish.

As well as trying beds at National chain stores, I visited Llandudno Carpets and Furniture on 5 occasions trying out beds. Yet I was never pressured into make a decision at any point. I was given helpful advice / information and then left to lay on the beds for as long as I needed in order to make the right decision for me. Eventually I chose a fantastic divan bed and headboard and it all arrived as promised one week later. The delivery guys were great in taking everything to my bedroom and when I questioned a mark on the duvet they politely opened the clear packaging and showed me that it was just a bit of fluff from manufacturing. The fluff was duly removed and so everything was perfect. Thank you Jeanette and the delivery guys. The deal was great and your service superb. Highly recommended independent retailer. Thank you so much. x

Messed up order, had to ring every week to try to get it resolved, different excuses each time. Order came in dribs and drabs, mostly all received but still not fully resolved, think I may give up now. Will definitely not use again
