Would like to say me and my daughter are very happy with are hair. Definatly would recommend friends and family. Plus the staff where very friendly as well

Again Nathan did a cracking job of cutting my Wife's hair. She will only go to Nathan. He takes the time and cares about his clients

Had to put a star or somthing but i 100% Would not recormend this hair saloon to anyone they got no respect towards consumers,dont take no care in what they are doing for people's hair,poor staff and last of all verry unprofessional skills

Lovely Friendly Salon, went in for a total restyle and very pleased with the results, will definitely go back, highly recommended

I wouldn’t even give this salon one star but couldn’t post without clicking a star. This salon is horrific, below is my daughters experience there and still no had any apology from the salon owner I am so so upset to how I’ve been treated and this is a warning so other people don’t get treated like me. I went to seren hairdressers in trelewis to have my hair done on Saturday and was left with my hair looking nothing like how I wanted. I had an awful time there, I showed the manager what i wanted my hair like on a picture and the manager explained to the other stylist what to do. I basically had a full head of blonde hair with a regrowth of root, I wanted some browns put in to break it up, on no accord Did I say dark brown or to take anyway nearly all of my blonde, It took over two hours to put the foils and colour in between on and i was covered in hair dye on her face and eyebrow, then after the one stylist didnt wipe it off properly the manager had to redo it. I know we all get covered in dye but surely its not hard for a stylist get it off first time around, Then one of the foils which was blonde was left hanging out of the foil and half of it turned brown the manager then had to come and re bleach it as I made her aware, After all the colour had been washed off the stylist and manager were drying and straightening my hair and the stylist was asking the manager if she straightened it right. How is this ok when she’s supposed to be qualified? Even I can straighten hair, When my hair was finished I just wanted to leave and get home as quick as possible as my hair was practically black and the blonde looked grey. It was nothing like the picture i had previously shown the manager and stylist. The manager charged me £15 less which she is claiming is because I was shocked. Oh yeah you always undercharge when a customer is shocked don’t you? More like she realised what had happened, After i had calmed down from the shock that evening, I sent a message to the manager to which she offered to add more blonde in at a further cost of £25. The owner of the salon said I had asked for my hair to be darker than the picture which clearly I didn’t otherwise I wouldn’t be complaining. The manager has now claimed that she has cctv that shows me asking for it darker than the picture shown - when I asked for her to show me the cctv with me apparently asking it for it darker I had no reply. I now have hair a colour way darker than I wanted and is £60 out of pocket. How anyone could treat someone like this is beyond me. This is just a word of warning to anyone who is wanting to book in with her. I went to seren hairdressers in trelewis. I am completely devastated, all throughout this I have had no apology whatsoever I am disgusted - also no colour charts were ever shown to me and no skin test has ever been done there. This salon clearly doesn’t like to do things properly. I was in there for over 4 hours, I am now going to have to pay out more money to get my hair redone and as it’s so dark now it’s going to take me more than a few attempts to get it how I want it. They have basically stripped away all my blonde, if they are so convinced I said I wanted it darker than the picture and they have me on cctv then why can’t they show me the cctv? - if I did say it by mistake obviously a full apology would be made which I’ve stated but no they can’t show me can they x
