Van was clean and good enough, price was fair. Ordered to pick it up at 9am (when they open) and the gent didn't arrive to open up the shop 9.45am, absolute horrible customer service and wasted our time. He just played it off like no big deal, when actually it was very annoying and just bad customer service. Would not recommend using vans from here.
Excellent, friendly, service from booking to return. Great prices. Good quality, clean, van. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Practical Van Hire again, and would most certainly recommend them. 👍👍
Excellent service. The staff is very professional and helpful. The vehicles are always clean and in very good driving order. I have found them cheaper than any other place locally. Have used them feew times in past year and have always been happy.
