The experience and service to start off was excellent, I hired a car for the week, no problem, got all the paperwork to say everything was fine and then randomly I notice months later that they had taken £105 pounds out of my account, when I emailed they came back with we aren't saying its personally you but there is damage on the car.....please never give this company your details..they can't be trusted! There are more reviews of a similar nature

Dreadful experience, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Hired a vehicle which arrived at my house with scratches and damage to wheel trims and bumper. Fortunately I took photos straight away. 3 weeks after i had rented the car I had a letter claiming I had caused damage costing over £600. Spoke on the phone and sent my photos showing the damage was already on the vehicle when I got it. They agreed and apologised saying I wouldn’t be charged. A few days later the money was taken from my account! After several more phone calls and 5 days later I have had the money refunded. Would absolutely not recommend this company, they caused me a lot of unnecessary stress and hassle.
Was stood waiting for a lift today outside europcar rear car park, watching the unbelievably disrespectful staff wheelspinning countless rental cars!
If these were my staff they'd be straight down the job centre!
And europcar should be extremely ashamed of there lack of respect for there stock!
And the fact that that disrespect could lead to faults in cars customers are relying on to be safe!!
Shameful!!!
