Awful experience using DG for conveyancing to buy a new build house. Would never use again. Communication was very poor between ourselves and the seller's solicitor. Many times they showed incompetence, leaving us with little confidence throughout the process. They were generally unhelpful with queries, especially when trying to gain clarification around important legal terms. It mostly felt like they're were just out for your money and wanted to rush the job to get it done.

I used them for the sale of my property (which unfortunately fell through) I think given the circumstances of Covid-19 etc they did a good job.

They come across as just being out for your money. They will be pleasant and even helpful for the basics. BUT as soon as there is the slightest issue they will drop you as quickly as they can. If you are setting a will in place that has any chance of being contested then please avoid at all costs.
