Good place to park and launch canoe public convenience opposite canoe launch is down a set of steps. Please remember that if paddling downriver don't go to far as its mighty hard work paddling upriver due to the fast flow I learnt the hard way. Parking fee is way of an honesty box

Nice Sunday watching all the canoes etc on the river. Sitting in a comfy bench. Pub doing take away drinks. Burger stall too. Cow drinking at the water. . Very nice spot.

Lovely spot for paddling in the river. However watch the faster flowing water - our dog nearly drowned and our son lost 3 shoes. Otherwise lovely place to spend a sunny afternoon.

A place to relax. Be calm and watch the beauty of nature. There really are some things you can't buy with a million dollars...

great place to visit with kids but will need water shoes for the river as very stoney. Limited parking with steps down to the river. great for paddling, kayaking or swimming.
