We have been with Messenger dental practice for over two years and the service, even in the pandemic, is exceptional. It starts with the reception team under Kate and then for us as the patients under Ataja and her assistant Prayya. Good common sense and a very professional approach to options is the form. Then a slick and caring procedure follows. Well done to the Gloucester NHS dental service. Thank you all for your brave and wonderful service. David and Carol Wilkin.

Booked an appointment pre lockdown 2.0 to only find out it had been cancelled, I was not informed about it as they left a message at an old phone number and did not find out until i arrived for the appointment. I was told I would have to wait another 3 months to obtain an appointment which is very unfair considering I already waited 3 months for the previous appointment. I can appreciate that due to covid, there are certain restrictions in place meaning they can see small number of patients per day, but I would have now waited half a year for a routine check up which is outrageous 😂 Very poor communication

The receptionist was extremely rude on arriving at the reception disbelieving I had tried to return her call and had left a message. She was very abrupt, unfriendly and had no person skills at all. Customers were just filth to her. I explained to the dentist when I was eventually allowed in which tooth the filling had come out. I explained it was not the broken one as that was not bothering me but the one next to it. I told her several times. She said she knew which one it was. When I got home and the numbness started to go I realised she'd filled the one I had asked her not to. I called the surgery immediately and was told the dentist would call me back. But they never did. Shocking service, shocking experience.

I had a dental appointment with Khatija and she’s one of the best dentists I’ve ever had. She’s very considerate of nervous patients. Great staff all round. Very pleased with this dental practice.

Recently registered at this Dentist as it’s close to work and has a car park so nice and easy to get to. The receptionist was very polite and helped me get all the registration forms filled in. The dentist was brilliant. He was very polite and welcoming. During the checkup explained what needed doing and made everything clear and even talked about long term outlook. Went back for a course of treatment, really well looked after, put at ease and a very comfortable visit. 100% recommend for those who have an anxiety with Dentists.
