Arrived at the practice where my temperature was taken along with contact details before I entered the actual waiting room. Made me feel extremely safe and protected. Receptionists are always so friendly and welcoming everyone looks so smart and professional. Immaculately clean as you would expect but still a nice atmosphere to wait in. The actual dentist called me in which I feel is important. Makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. Nice to be introduced to the assistant as well In the surgery. Treatment needed is always fully explained and the dentist extremely gentle and reassuring every time, without exception! I would never go anywhere else. This is an exceptional practice where you are treated with respect and true care.

I feel totally safe when I attend St James Dental. Their hygiene levels are first class and their first concern is their patients' safety. The staff are friendly and helpful .

I have been going to St. James for a few years and it was the best decision ever for me to choose St. James as the practice to look after my teeth (which need a lot of looking after!) All the staff... from reception, dental nurses, hygienists (Karen is a fantastic hygienist, best I've ever had because she looks at the big picture and is kind with her advice)... and of course my Dentist, Chris Marston. For the first time ever, my teeth were stable enough to have some minor whitening and composite treatment to enhance their appearance. Given I have never had good teeth and I am self conscious about them, this was something I never dreamed would be able to happen. Chris Marston took me through it in a professional but very kind way, as it was a big step for me to have anything done to my teeth that wasn't remedial but a choice by me. To say I'm delighted with my very natural teeth is an understatement. It's not noticeable to anyone I see but more in the way of 'I didn't know she had such nice teeth!' which is exactly what I wanted and I am so grateful to Chris. All in all, an excellent, caring professional Dental Practice that I would totally recommend.

I cant recommend Chris (dentist) and Nicki (orthodontist) enough. They are both lovely personable people who provide the highest standard of service and attention to detail. They have done a fantastic job transforming my smile over the last couple of years through a combination of Invisalign and Bioclear, with great communication throughout the process to make me feel at ease.
