I’ve been a patient here for over 20 years. Fantastic service and staff. I’ve had a lot of issues which they’ve always sorted. Well worth the Denplan fee each month.
Waw what a lovely service my son had today, phoned this morning for an emergency appointment and was seen an hour later, soo very thankful 😊🙏
really disappointed from being taken off the NHS list... have been going this practise for years . I have had a couple of bad years in health wise and family deaths. Had work done on teeth in November 18 and had another appointment in Feb 19 which i missed rearranged an appointment for march 19 but then had a call days before my appointment to say i have taken off the list. After i phoned and explained to them my problems and to speak to my dentist they refused me blank. I even asked about going on denplan with no reply. wish they had a system to send an email or text before appointments to remind us of appointments.
