It's a carpark, very convenient for town centre, if coming from Oxford
Easy to park with good sized spaces, in a great location for shopping in Cheltenham town
Expensive by the hour, and you have to pay on entry (if you don't know how long you'll be, fear makes you pay more to avoid a fine), the machines are old so therefore they don't give change or pro-rate your allowance (I put in £3 for one hour and it took the lot, and didn't put the extra time I paid for on the ticket - this should be considered as theft), and they don't accept cards. Avoid, and find a more modern place to park until these cowboys can offer a reasonable and fair service.
Always park here no where else
Good spot to park if shopping in town with reasonable parking prices.
