Great for shopping in Cheltenham. Usually a struggle to get in later in the morning but at the moment no problem at all. Plenty of space

Have been a regular user of this Park & Ride but last Monday had the most awful experience. I parked and took the bus into Cheltenham to meet friends.We decided to then go to the Cinema.I know the park & ride bus does not run after approx 7pm.so usually get the 94 to Arle Court roundabout then pick up my car. Arriving back monday evening I found the gates were locked with my car inside. Apparently for the past week or so the car park will now be locked at 8pm.!!! I had to then walk over a mile home in the dark along lanes with no pavement.I was very upset..I am in my late seventies and not a nice experience.I got a lift back the following day and found a £50. Parking fine.!!! On looking around for some notification I found a notice fastened between the driving in gate and exit gate which cannot be seen when driving in.This is the last time I will now use this service.

The full five stars! Easy to find. Easy to park. Buses frequent and reasonable. Slight complication that you now need to get a (free) ticket that has your your car registration before you get on the bus. There is a machine by the bus stop though. You keep this ticket with you and scan it on a second machine on the bus (the driver can't do it for you). Not a big deal, but an extra bit of administration. Buses themselves are new, clean and tidy and have plenty of seats. The journey into downtown can be slow if there's lots of traffic, even with the bus queue jumping using the bus lanes. All that said, it's pleasant enough, and beats driving into town and parking there. Recommended 👍
