Had a one night stopover here on Friday 14th and Saturday 15th as I had 2 days fishing,Mary is a wealth of knowledge on the lakes which helped me to get 12 carp for 65lb a great day.Pitched my tent next to the shower block.Its just a one toilet block but enough for me.I fished the Saturday for a few hours then went home.Definitely going back,loved it.

Lovely little gem of a fishing pool. Spent two days fishing here with my dad and father in law. We caught some good variations of fish, all in lovely condition and of a good size. Only critiscm was they have some strict rules in place which is fine, one of which is no keep nets, bit disappointing to see 2 anglers were using them... if you're gonna have the rules, make sure everyone keeps to them.

I didn't actually stay here, my car broke down but the staff were lovely whilst an AA tow truck came. Beautiful location as well.
