First Class Service. After weeks of attempting to order a fire pit from Notcutts Garden Centre and being let down numerous times, Albion Flue Systems were fantastic and delivered my order within a few days of placing it. Helpful and friendly. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic company, very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Helped me out with fitting stove glass and replacing the rope in a door. Very friendly and great service, next time i have any issues I will not spend three weeks thinking I am bonkers and need to spend thousand, I will go to these people for reassurance and help. Lovely people and well worth a call to answer any queries.

This guy is what top customer service is all about. I purchased a 5 inch flue and draft cowl which was the cheapest around and it was sent to me the very next day. I was then informed by my fitter that i needed a 6 inch. I called these guys and they sent me the larger size i needed the very next day and arranged the collection of the incorrect one with dpd the very same day. Highly recommended. Many thanks

totally useless. not only do they not deliver during period specified on amazon but they do not deliver at all. useless and i would never use them
