Stu is a brilliant, well-informed physio that knew exactly how to rehab my knee dislocation. friendly and welcoming service and an abundance of equipment and guidance for exercises to continue my rehab after our session were completed. highly recommend!

I suffered a grade 2 MCL tear in my knee at the start of the lock down and struggled with it for several months till I got back from Uni. Stuart was a fantastic help, going the extra mile from the first day, he did a session in my house to get a good measure of it, and as lock down restrictions eased we went to the physio studio and went from strength to strength. Stuart was extremely professional, diagnosing the issue from the start, and explaining everything regards of the injury and the process to recovery. Stuart and Sarah, have a fantastic physiotherapy and are some of the nicest people I have ever met, I could not strongly recommend this place enough if you are suffering from any injury be it big or small! Thanks very much to the two of you x

Stuart is a wizard! Got me back in the gym after only three sessions and with some fantastic guidance on posture and technique along the way. Would highly reccomend!

Great guys, very clearly know what they're talking about. Stu has given me great advice on two separate injuries so far (knee and ankle) and both have recovered completely. Would always recommend.

Spot on. I was really concerned about an unexpected shoulder injury, but Stuart assessed it and gave me plenty to do between visits in order to recover and strengthen properly. On my last visit he showed me a heap more exercises I could do to go even further. Was clear and no question was too much... would recommend for sure!
