The service from QBD has been excellent, from initial quotation, to measuring up and fitting. we will definitely be using them again when we come to replace more windows and doors.

Brought our front door from them 9 years and 7 months ago and then there was a problem with the locking mechanism. This part was outside the guarantee period but they still replaced it for free. Excellent after sales customer service.
