I called Easy Roof yesterday afternoon to book for a quote on my flat roof as I have been told this may be why there's a damp problem on our first floor. Carl came this morning at 9am sharp and was very friendly and professional. He was up on the roof straight away and advised me the problem isn't the roof at all, it appears to be a guttering problem, and even advised me on what sealant paint to get for the interior ceiling to help the issue in the meantime. I really appreciated his honesty, he really could have told me anything after being up on my roof and instead was so trustworthy. After being messed around by 3 different (and big!) roofing companies, I'd rate and vouch for this guy every time. Thanks so much Carl. We really appreciate your advice, sorry to not have a roof for you to fix!
