This man is nothing if not a gentleman and a scholar. I took a machine from an expert, but did not work, to an unknown - an unknown who not only fixed the machine beyond my greatest expectations, but has even done himself out of future fees by advising how much longer I could use the machine before it's next service. I can't get over the outstanding expertise and customer service from this fantastic individual.
