I love shopping at Waitrose. I particularly love the fact the customers think they are cut above anybody else. Meaning that they are frequently rude to the staff, but best of all, rude to each other. What people go through to prove their perceived entitlement. Food's nice though.
I absolutely love our local Waitrose. Staff so attentive, considerate and kind. They were our lifeline during lockdown and worked so hard to keep customers safe and well. Their Click and Collect service is second to none.
Enjoyed my shopping trip to Waitrose, Portswood. Arrived just before 6pm, plenty of parking spaces. Trolleys were waiting inside the store, already sanitised and there was also hand gel.
I love the range of different foods available, and reduced items. Easy shop and polite staff. In and out in 40 minutes.
The prices can be expensive but the quality is always good and lasts a long time.
The social distancing and mask wearing is good in store and I feel safe when shopping here, the staff are always helpful and polite.
The food are expensive. When I wanted a refund (Due to bad taste of the food), they first said it's refundable with a receipt (At the counter), then another person brought me to the customer service to line up. After decades of waiting, I was told that it's not refundable, as they were chilled food. Very unprofessional and wasted my precious time.
