Brilliant! Received our box on Friday. Everything in it was really fresh and so tasty. My son said he didn't realise apples could be so crisp! Sweetcorn was delicious. I really enjoyed being able to choose the contents. Will definitely be reordering

I rang up about a couple of small problems with my order. After speaking to the Customer Service woman for a couple of minutes she told me the boss was there and wanted to speak to me. Apparently, her name is Kelly. I explained the problems (Nothing major. More queries than problems). This woman went absolutely off on one. She was rude, arrogant and facetious. She obviously hates criticism. As someone in business for over 30 years myself, I'm afraid it's part and parcel of the job and rather than being rude and aggressive with people I suggest she learns manners and decorum. She has just lost her company a regular customer and for a "start-up" business she won't survive long with her attitude! Absolutely disgusting!
