Made s phone call to ask if they had a certain key in. But guy was absolutely rude would not listen to anything that I had to say as he kept interrupting what I was trying to say. This was my first experience with gloucester locksmiths and certainly will not be asking for advice or using their services. Only put 1 start because I wouldn't let me put 0 stars. I called on 24/12/2020 at approx 11.00am was told that you would be shutting at 1.00pm so I had to be quick getting there

I had my first experience with visit to these amazing people at their Quedgeley premises. They have done everything humanly possible to protect customers and staff from CV-19 whilst providing a quick and professional fix to an old lock mechanism I delivered with the promise of another required item the very next day! Thank you, I definitely know where to come with any future lock problems.

Great service, very helpful and attentive. I'd had problems previously getting some car keys cut at a Timpson, so I decided to visit the professionals. They were very helpful and caring in helping avoid the issues with my previous keys. Incredible value on the keys that I got cut, and I will definitely return in the future if I need keys of any type. 5 star recommended!

Asked for a copy of a Honda Accord key to be cut, they said they wouldn't do it as it could break their cutter! Didn't bother to help solve the problem by selling me one of their blade blanks (which probably came from the same factory as mine...) Probably not interested in little jobs on a Friday afternoon. A waste of a journey. Go to Timpsons instead.
