I highly recommend Apex Mobile Locksmiths, Steve, and the locksmith services he provides. He was professional, really fair with his prices, timely, everything I would hope for from a company these days in customer service.
My PVC door lock had been failing with increasing frequency. It got to the point where I anticipated I wouldn't be able to fix it with WD40. I rang and spoke with Steve in the morning. He came out that lunch time, arriving when he said he would. He assessed the issue and gave me a very fair quote. I added on some extras (e.g., replacing handles, etc.) all of which he handled quickly and efficiently while working on the original job. I am really happy with the work done and especially the manner in which it was conducted.
Rang up this morning regarding my front door lock replacement.
Steve was extremely helpful and said he would be at my home by 1.30pm to fit the replacement.
He was here slightly earlier and as I needed an extra key, he did it Free of Charge.
Very impressed with the service and cost incurred.
