This review is for Next Beauty and Home store. After a right mix up with Next online my parcel was MIA, Next customer service was also a let down. BUT Rebecca the watford store manager and another member of staff I spoke with on the phone are the reason I will still continue to shop at Next. Customer service has alot to learn from these lovely ladies; they were a joy to speak to, very clued up and great at communicating. I am really wowed by their service and they way they went above and beyond to unite me with my order. Thanks both of you, look forward to collecting my items!

Always come here for my suits. My experience is always great, staff are always very professional and helpful even when they are extremely busy like yesterday. There is a great range of stock for everyone split over different levels and stores right next to each other.
