I have delayed to write this review but I could not let go the chance to give my feedback about one of the JD intu Watford employees called Asmar. I went to JD to get some new trainers in January, and Asmar was wonderful: genuinely kind and extremely helpful, he helped me to find the trainers I wanted in the size I needed (that I was not even expecting to find, as I had been already 3 times in the past 2 weeks in that store trying to see if they got re stocked - on the website they were also sold out- ). Asmar was bubbly, enthusiastic about his job and professional. I hope someone in management reads this and I really hope Asmar gets far, since people like him should be rewarded and should occupy high customer service positions.
