Absolutely LOVE my Marmot Long Hauler Travel Bag. The function with the straps doubling up as a back pack system or a very comfortable shoulder strap is superb. The colours are gorgeous and fresh (I have the Peak Blue/Vintage Navy) and the small details with all the zipper pockets make this bag highly versatile and a delight to use. I use it for going swimming in the sea and all the kit I need in the winter fits perfectly into the 38 L bag. So pleased with it, I highly recommend! Best bag of this kind I ever owned. Though I had to return the item ( because it didn't fit properly). The customer service was outstanding. The online system is really easy to keep track of all the emails ( you can view the entire chain). I will be back again in the future.

I placed an order and paid over £100 for an ice axe to arrive in time for an expedition. This item never arrived after 2 weeks, so I emailed the company. I was told this item was sent Royal Mail second class, I was to wait, and double check the item was not left in a safe place or a card was not posted through the door. I waited a further weeks and no delivery. I was told they had messaged me however only via the internal website. I have now had a reply saying the item can not be sent without proof of ID as I am buying a bladed item. This tells me the item was not dispatched in the first place and the company have not been truthful, I am now money down, without an Axe and 3 days away from my trip. This company is not truthful, they are more than happy to take money from a customer, however not willing to post the items or communicate effectively. I have lost trust in this company and will be looking for a fill refund. I am now having to find a second axe as a matter of urgency. I can provide proof of emails and communication to anybody that would like it.
