Fantastic service from the team they really went out of their way to help myself and my son thank you to the manager and team. That was the first time I had visited the Watford branch and the service has definitely made me want to go back and shop there. The team were not pushy and they let you take your time they really help you pick what’s best for you. Amazing experience
This store has the best service I have ever experienced. Bought a shirt for a holiday and found it did not fit when abroad. Bought it back and now they are tailor fitting it for for me! Thank you guys!!
Had a fantastic experience today with Vishal the branch manager. Gave in depth help with choosing my wedding attire. Will definitely come back even though I live quite far service was that good. A fantastic representation of the Hugo Boss brand.
Really helpful and friendly staff. We had bought a dinner suit for our son in Manchester but when we gave it to him where he is living near Watford it did not fit as expected. We took it into the Watford branch looking for an exchange and the staff provided some really helpful advice and guidance on what our options could be. We came away really pleased with the outcome and would recommend this branch.
I usually shop in London or Brent Cross but I thought I would try the Watford branch with my wife as it’s the closest to home. The service was amazing the team really helped me with my questions as I needed a suit for a wedding reception. The care and attention to detail when tailoring my suit really made me feel special the team were outstanding and my wife enjoyed herself as the team made her feel relaxed and welcome. I will definitely be returning to this store again. Thank you Manager and team
