I will downgrade from 5 stars to 3 stars after purchasing 2 items the alarm went on after trying to leave the store It made me feel uncomfortable

With hands washed and masks worn, we headed to Next, Waterfields, Watford, today, to buy 3 pairs of trousers for my husband. We were tired, and it was about to pour with rain so we took a short cut through the empty barriers, put up for queuing. Due to taking this short cut, we were refused entry to the shop by a female member of staff, at the door, who had a very confrontational manner, and who herself, breached the 2 metre social distancing, on approaching us! We were told “ You can’t come in that way!” and that “the barriers were there for health and safety, and to complain to Boris Johnson if we didn’t like it!” I was so upset by this experience, so we came home with no trousers!
