I had a terrific experience shopping at David's Bridal for my civil dress. I had been recommended through family to pay the store a visit - as they truly have something for every bride! Originally, I had my appointment booked for another day however when the customer services team rang to confirm my appointment I had asked if they had any availability on the day - luckily they did! We arrived at the store at 4 and after only trying on 3 outfits we found the perfect one! Annabelle who assisted us on the day made us feel welcomed, comfortable and at ease! Her knowledge was impeccable as well as her calming personality - she knew what worked well and also gave options on bridesmaid dresses and how to find the perfect dress for all. As soon as you enter the store you feel as if you're in a great pair of hands, this was only the second store I visited for my dress and had a very unpleasant experience beforehand. David's Bridal definitely made all my dreams come true and truly cannot wait for the big day! Thank you to the whole team that assisted me on the day, all the best!

Great experience. Dominique was assisting us and helped me find the perfect dress. She was so patient and caring! There were so many dresses to choose from (even if I am a plus size) and the extra length is available for only £10 charge. I also ordered extra fabric (lace) to be added for the sleeves and that's a great plus! Parking was a bit of an issue as I needed to stay for longer than 2 hours. But I will definitely go back to David's bridal in Watford.

Such a fantastic experience with Laura. It was my first time trying on dresses and so I was unsure of what I wanted and what suited me. Laura spent ages with me trying to find the perfect dress. She was so knowledgeable about all the different styles and was so accommodating with me trying on so many dresses multiple times! A really really lovely experience!

The service here was incredible. I had gone to the other location, and was being pressured into buying a dress while not being given any service (luckily I had friends to help me pull my zip up and get into the dresses). The service was completely different. Sam was kind and helpful, and made me feel great about the way I looked. Thank you

I had my appointment here with Toni yesterday. I was really nervous but she put me at ease very quickly. She was on hand to help all the way through the appointment and found me the one! I'm delighted, I brought my dress home with me from the appointment after some really quick alterations. My mum also had an appointment with Toni to find her outfit, yet again Toni was brilliant. All the staff we met while there were friendly and helpful, I definitely recommend going there to future brides. It was a great experience.
