Horrendous, stay away. Came to do simple remedial work and left the house in a worse state than when they found it.
Director Paul instructing members of staff to just 'slap primer over gloss and repaint' rather than rub down thoroughly and do the job properly. Painter tells me this before saying he's doing me a favour in sanding back first - seemed genuine.
Yet in liasing with the him via email Paul plays the Mr. nice - do anything to keep you happy approach. Not genuine.
Staff member discussing 'day rates of £120' with customer and how staff can just say no to travelling to director - how unprofessional? Clearly the troops on the ground have no respect for the heirachy.
How anyone can feel comfortable coming into someones home and doing some simple touching in and leave so many runs is beyond me.
I am now having to sort my own decorator out to correct their work and claim back from them. Guess what - they only want to pay him 'cash' also.
FRAUD. STAY AWAY.
Similar experience to that of another post....encountered one of their 'chimps' at the junction of Hucclecote rd/Brookfield rd, basically tried to force me off the road by bullying his way out from the junction & because it was my right of way I received a mouth full of abuse. I note that of all the reviews....only one of them deals with the quality of their work.
Good company to work for wages always there at the end of the week
Avoid at all costs. I was on the receiving end of some ‘punishment’ road rage from a lady who looked like a witch driving one of their vans for driving at the limit. Not so smart when your company name is on the van...
