Free. Went for a morning walk here, sound of the birds chirping was relaxing. Parking is available on the lay by road outside, didn't see any public toilets though. It is wheelchair accessible. I have added some photos for you to assess the site accessibility. There is a cafe nearby within 10 mins walk. Hope my review is helpful.

Good place to have a little walk

Perfect for a short walk. We walked a dog around a newly laid bark path in the rain and came off relatively unscathed. Plenty of water birds and squirrels.
