Good hire car company situated near to Southampton Airport. Prices are somewhat less expensive than the car hire companies actually at the airport. I have used them twice and on the second occasion got an upgrade from the basic car I paid for to a brand new Volvo sports model which was fantastic. Opening hours are a little restricting depending on what times you want to pick up and return the car. They suited me though. Friendly helpful staff.
Simply perfect. Simple and convenient to find. Efficient and courteous staff. Vehicle did what we wanted for a day hire. Great service on the return - even got a quick lift back to the airport! BRILLIANT!!
I have used this company for hire cars twice, very professional, helpful and good prices! This time round I needed to extend the hire, after one quick phone call and a minimal extra payment it was done, drop off is always simple and they are always happy to help get you around if you need it!
The van was fine but the whole hire process was terrible.
We were told over the phone we could pay cash for hire only to turn up with the cash and be told we had to put it on a card...
We were told there would be a security deposit (card pre authorization) of £300 that would be back in our account within 2 -5 working days... it's now need 7 days and the bank says we wont get it back untill tomorow..
Very poor knowledge by the company about how thier own processes work.
Cheap van rubbish service
Cant fault the service. Great car, airport pick up and return. No issues and no hassle. I would definately recommend.
