I made an online Sixt reservations for a branch in France, but as I was collecting the car on a Saturday I needed to confirm the arrangements.
There is currently no telephone support, nor chat (both inexcusable by the way…) and I needed confirmation of my booking urgently, so I took a chance and travelled to Sixt Southampton Airport to see if they could help.
I didn’t hold out much hope, but Jonathan, the senior branch manager, couldn’t have been more helpful and he provided me with exactly the information I needed!
If all Sixt staff are as helpful as Jonathan then Sixt deserves success, but fix the phones…
