Excellent service, rang in advance to say car was ready which it was. Lady on desk very helpful and friendly. Lovely car too would definitely use again!
I was doubtful of their boast that they fulfill the needs of every customer. I was honestly expecting problems. I stand corrected. They totally came through for me. Clearly had listened to my requirements. Were on time to the minute. So far so good. I have a vehicle till mine is repaired. I will update when it's done.

Absolute shambles. Charged me triple for my reservation saying they were able to get me an upgrade - which I didn’t ask for. As a result took 55mins to get my car which was parked out front the whole time. Car was then dirty when we got in and they then had to clean it. Over 1 hour to pick up a rental. Disaster.
So. I had booked a car early evening the night before, went to the branch first thing in the morning to collect as agreed and paid the night before. Only to be informed that a car was not available and will not be available for the next two hours.
"Two hour turn round" for any cars even though they allow you to pay upfront and specify a collection time.
