I believe the car came from this branch so apologies if it didn't, the review reflects my view of Hertz. The car was supplied via our insurance following a accident. It was delivered with a faulty rear light, the car was not clean, particularly the front and rear windscreens which were very smeery. I pointed out to the driver that it only had 3/4 a tank of fuel, this apparently was not a problem. We covered 9 miles while it was in our charge. The vehicle was exchanged the next day. A few days later I am told we had covered 107 miles and asked for £28.82 for fuel. After 4 phone calls, 3 email and approx an hour of my time it was resolved. Certainly would not use Hertz again.
