Very busy, was not told no parking available on site, plus vehicle hired had oil or diesel spilt in the back making it extremely dangerous. To sort things out on picking up van took over an hour. Not happy but difficult to find a van for hire.

Good friendly service. Always have what I need. Even at short notice. The only draw back I had was I over filled on petrol and was not refunded. But guess that's on me. More of an annoyance on my part then a fault on the company. Who knows.🤔. But definitely will use this company again.

The van I hired was supplied as promised. It was clean and reliable. Customer service was pleasant enough and professional. Paid the fee and the £100 deposit on my card despite my preference to pay the deposit in cash (with a suspicion I'd have issues getting it back quickly.) I was told the deposit would be refunded in 3-5 working days. I've now waited 5 working days for the return of my deposit. I called the Southampton branch this morning and it would seem that the refund hasn't been processed at all and I was advised it would take another 3 working days. I suspect it may take up to another 5 working days. That will result in a wait of 2 weeks for my money back. Very disappointing and frustrating. In the modern age why does it take this long when a bank transfer (BACS) takes minutes. I would be extremely reluctant to use the company again. I expect more. I'm out of pocket £100, money that I can ill afford to be without.

No parking onsite but advertise limited parking. Not very helpfull
