Always great service. Good covid cleaning procedures
Booked a van to hire online. I entered my age via a drop down menu. The website allowed me to go through the whole booking process, INCLUDING payment. Was then called the next day to say that because I was under 30 I couldn't hire the van.
I put two stars as the website was generally easy to use and the customer service representative was polite. However, not only did this policy completely lack visibility on their website, in no way should I have been allowed to complete the hiring of the van online if it was their policy not to hire to under 30s!
Great friendly staff. and an easy hire no hassle
First time hiring a van ever. Customer service were very clear to explain how it all works with damage waiver etc. I met Melissa at the Eastleigh branch who again was very helpful and gave excellent customer service. They happily hired a taxi tottake me home, FREE OF CHARGE. Highly recommend to anyone first time or who has rented before. Will definitely use again if the need arises.
