I had a filling fall out overnight. I contacted the practice and received a telephone consultation with the dentist after a couple of hours to assess my problem. After checking the COVID guidelines and it was safe to proceed I was offered the final appointment of the day to fix my tooth. Prompt, safe and friendly staff. New Year’s Eve as well so could not have asked for quicker or a better resolution. No hesitation in recommending this dental practice.

Response to my need was quick (same day) and appropriate (prescription). However, the manner of the staff member on the premises was curt and only marginally short of hostile. I make allowances for Covid-19 controls, but... The sign on the door says 'we know you are there', but it is not clear to the visitor how they know.
Functionally, I came away very happy, but the attitude of the business was dispiriting.

I found on my recent visit the staff very friendly and taking all the safety precautions for Covid 19. The Dentist was very informative of my treatment options explaining in detail the work involved and the costs. I felt at ease and able to discuss any concerns and to make a decision. I found the practice very professional and helpful.
