Amazing experience, very professional and kind team. I was very anxious about my dental implant which caused me lots of discomfort due to a loosened screw. Alistair and Tatiana were very supportive and reassuring. Alistair fixed my implant on the spot even though it turned out that the problem was a bit more complicated than just a loosened screw. I felt comfortable and in good hands. They explained everything that was happening. I have never felt so relaxed in a dentist chair before. Leaving the practice all I could think was that this was the best Christmas present, that I can finally relax and enjoy the holidays with my family.

AMAZING experience! Having just moved to the area I needed to find a new dentist and after asking around one name kept coming up in recommendations... Wessex. It was a tooth removal, so a big job, and I was clearly a little nervous. Ben and Becky were incredibly supportive throughout, I felt totally comfortable and their professionalism and skill were outstanding. Unbelievably, I haven’t had to take ANY painkillers after the removal, not one. An amazing overall experience that I too will be recommending to everyone.

A great experience at a first class clinic. It is part of the BUPA Platinum brand and you can definitely understand why. The staff are friendly and the location and facilities are excellent. From initial contact on booking the appointment, through to the end of treatment the level of service was excellent from all members of the team. You get timely and friendly reminders with all the relevant information leading up to the appointment. As for my treatment, an extraction of a difficult Wisdom Tooth, then my surgeon Ben Davies and his nurse Becky were simply outstanding. They were very professional, confident and reassuring at all times. I would highly recommend the Wessex and Ben Davies. Thank you so much for your care.

Stephen Taylor was amazing, put you at ease immediately & explained everything. Didn’t feel a thing couldn’t believe it! The dental nurses were great & very reassuring also. The reception was highly professional & made you feel you were in safe hands - can’t recommend the Wessex more great experience thank you!

Made to feel very welcome by the receptionists. There were no invasive questions like at other places. I had to have a tooth pulled which was a bit tricky but made to feel comfortable throughout even though it was tricky. I dont want to visit again but I would without hesitation.
