Hempsted Roofing came round to see me very quickly and gave me a very good breakdown of what was wrong with the roof. I went ahead and was very happy with the completed works. I would certainly recommend this company.

I write this review on behalf of my 86 year old mother, she had her balconies totally striped and supposedly re-done, after only 6 months the balconies started leaking, we called they came out once with a sealant gun this did not solve the problem. After endless amounts of phone calls and broken promises we called in another building company they had to re-do all the work again and informed me the work was a very poor standard and should have never been carried out. AVOID at all cost they never put a signature or date to any paper work and always insisted on cash as payment.

I have dealt with Chris and Lee for years, always found them very professional with good quality of work, worth a call to get a quote!

We had a new roof a year ago, and it looked good. However some slates have fallen off and despite phone calls and emails we have had no response since November. If we ever get this sorted I will post a better review!

Do not believe anything this company tells you. They agreed a price with us and a timescale, knowing that we were desperate to get the work done. However, when it came to starting work they didn't turn up, wouldn't answer calls to any of their numbers and ignored all emails and text messages. They are as miserable as anything with self importance, wouldn't have even considered them if we hadn't been so desperate. It is companies like this that give other reputable companies a bad name. I can only assume they acted in this way as they don't want to earn their money by doing an honest days work. BE WARNED, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM, THEY WILL ONLY LET YOU DOWN!
