Luke was the only one of three roofers contacted that even returned the call! He gave a good description of what he thought should be done and gave what I felt was a reasonable quote for the work. Luke and David turned up exactly when scheduled and completed the work as planned in one day. Luke kept great communication throughout, something that is lacking in many tradesmen. Very happy customer!

Luke replaced my leaking flat roof and put right my badly installed guttering. After days of heavy rain I am more than satisfied with the quality of work. He was able to carry out the work while I was on holiday and kept me fully up to date with photos and phone calls throughout. Left the job very clean and tidy. Will use him again for future work and would fully recommend him to friends and family.

Luke and David did a full replacement of my guttering this week. I'm really happy with it and the service. They are really nice and professional guys who know what they are doing. They did a quote visit, and the final install, before some other companies even returned my call!

I have to be honest to myself I was actually dreading this extension roof replacement which was needed for quite some time and when I rang around some of the quotes I received off others were truly shocking. I luckily managed to find out about this company through online reviews and somebody else who recommended them - and it was absolutely the best thing I ever did. Not only was the quotation a realistic price, they were punctual on the days they turned up and did everything they said they would do. The work is absolutely first class - in fact I was that pleased with what they did I got them back a week later to do the guttering on the main roof which was also in need of replacing. Again a first class job on that too!! All in all a very professional service indeed and they made something that could’ve been potentially very painful into something that was actually quite manageable and certainly hassle free. I wish I’d found them before. Luke and Dave were very professional and I would thoroughly recommend this company for any replacement roof or repairs.

I would highly recommend Luke and his team for all your roofing requirements. We needed a chimney stack removed and Luke responded very quickly to our initial enquiry and had visited our property and given us a quote within a couple of days. The work started exactly on time and was carried out in a professional and timely manner. Once the job was complete, Luke ensured that the site was left clean and tidy and that we were happy with the results. Great customer service, we would not hesitate to use Gloucester Roofer again in the future.
